Currently, we do not offer deliveries outside the region of Greater Montreal unless it’s a bulk order. For special requests, please contact us here to arrange a custom delivery.
Our 4-Step Process

Add your favorite meats and products to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout to confirm your order details.
2. Choose Pickup or Delivery
Pickup: Choose a convenient time slot for collection at our Laval shop.
Delivery: Available across the Greater Montreal region (1-3 business days).

3. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Our team will carefully prepare your items for either pickup or delivery.

4. Pickup or Delivery
Pickup: Collect your order at the selected time slot from our store.
Delivery: Expect your order within 1–3 business days anywhere in the Greater Montreal area.
Exchange & Return Policy
At Boucherie Beirut, we take great care in selecting, preparing, and packaging your order to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our halal meats and products.
Because we sell fresh and perishable items, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Every order is prepared with precision and inspected before it leaves our shop. If there is any issue with the quality, wrong item received, or a missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
An exchange, store credit, or partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
You received an incorrect item or quantity.
A product was damaged during delivery.
A product’s quality does not meet our standards.
To be eligible for review, the product must:
Be in its original packaging.
Not be opened, used, or altered in any way.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Fresh, frozen, or temperature-sensitive meat and poultry products.
Any product that has been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery.

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once your order is being processed or packed, it cannot be cancelled.

Yes. To be eligible for review or exchange, the product must remain in its original packaging, unopened, and unaltered. This helps us verify the issue and comply with health and safety standards.
What should I expect when receiving my delivery?
Our courier may contact you before arriving to confirm the delivery time or get directions if needed. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is present, your delivery may be delayed or rescheduled, and additional fees could apply.
