Versez du bouillon de b\u0153uf et un peu de p\u00e2te de tomate. Remettez le brisket dans le pot. Le liquide devrait monter \u00e0 mi-hauteur de la viande. Couvrez et transf\u00e9rez au four \u00e0 160\u00b0C. Braisez pendant trois \u00e0 trois heures et demie. La viande est pr\u00eate quand une fourchette glisse sans r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>Tranchez contre le grain et versez le jus de braisage par-dessus. Servez avec pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre, l\u00e9gumes-racines r\u00f4tis ou nouilles aux \u0153ufs. Le reste du jus de braisage fait une sauce incroyable. Passez-le au tamis et r\u00e9duisez sur le feu.
